FAQs
When are reports ready?
The speed of report delivery depends on the services requested. Home Inspection reports are ready the same day, printed and reviewed on site with digital copies sent later the same day. Report delivery on services that use laboratory testing are dependant on the laboratory. Mould, Radon, Asbestos and water testing reports are normally available with in five(5) business days. Well, Septic, WETT and sewer reports are delivered normally within one to two business days.
Do we charge mileage?
For services within central Alberta normally there are no mileage charges, however individual service providers determine their own pricing. For home inspections within 120 Kilometres of Rocky Mountain House there are no mileage charges. Home Inspections beyond this distance have mileage determined on an individual basis.
Do we work with Real Estate Agents?
Yes, absolutely. We will arrange all the details of your home inspection and related services with your agent to streamline the process. For Agents, our home inspectors are members of CARA to take some of the stress off of you when booking inspection times.
Can I apply to be a part of the team or work as a contractor?
